Dua Lipa is an English artist and singer was born in London on the 22nd of August 1995. She signed a contract with Warner Bros Records after a several years of hard work. She dropped her self-titled debut album in 2017. The album reached 3rd place at the U.K. Albums Chart and produced eight singles including Be The One I.D.G.A.F as well as the U.K. number-one song New Rules which peaked at 6th in the United States. Lipa's album, which is now been certified Platinum in various nations around the globe has won two Brit Awards (in 2018) for British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Artist. Dua Lipa was born at the age of 18 in London with Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa rexha (mother) and Dukagjin lilipa (father). Her maternal grandmother is the reason she has Bosnian descent. Her ancestry can be traced back to Peja which is a city located in Kosovo. The Lipa's grandparents are historians. She is a sister to Rina Lipa, and has a younger brother named Gjin.
